Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account, placing an order, or using Vynk Network, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate registration details.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account.
• We may require email OTP verification during signup and may suspend accounts that appear compromised or abusive.
• One person or business should not create multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or purchase caps.

3. Digital eSIM products

• Plans are delivered digitally as QR codes / activation profiles. Verify device eSIM compatibility before checkout.
• Coverage, speed, latency, and network quality depend on destination, partner carriers, local regulations, and network congestion.
• Plan validity, data allowances, throttling, fair-use rules, and activation windows are shown on each product page and form part of your purchase.
• Some destinations require identity checks or partner-side compliance steps before activation.
• Vynk Network is a reseller / platform for travel connectivity; underlying networks are operated by third-party partners.

4. Orders, pricing & taxes

Prices are displayed in the selected storefront currency and may change without notice for future purchases. Checkout totals include applicable taxes or fees shown before payment. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the order appears as paid in your account.

5. Delivery & activation

• After successful payment we attempt automatic provisioning. Most plans deliver a QR / profile shortly after payment.
• You must follow device installation instructions carefully. Incorrect installation, incompatible devices, or carrier locks may prevent activation.
• Delays can occur due to partner APIs, network outages, destination restrictions, or incomplete customer details.
• Keep order emails and dashboard access available until your trip ends so you can reinstall or retrieve QR data if needed.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not resell, reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform, APIs, or partner networks.
• Do not use plans for unlawful content, spam, fraud, or activities prohibited by local law or carrier policies.
• Chargeback abuse, false claims, or suspicious purchase patterns may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and reporting to payment partners.
• We may apply purchase rate limits or require additional verification to protect inventory and customers.

7. Affiliates & promotions

Affiliate commissions, coupons, and promotional campaigns are subject to separate program rules. Fraudulent referrals, self-referral abuse, or coupon misuse may void rewards and lead to account action.

8. Intellectual property

All Vynk Network branding, site design, copy, software, and catalog presentation are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use purchased eSIM credentials solely for personal or internal business travel connectivity as intended.

9. Disclaimers

Except where prohibited by law, Vynk Network is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted coverage, specific speeds, or that a plan will work on every device or in every location within a marketed region. Partner outages and destination restrictions are outside our full control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vynk Network and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or travel disruption arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Termination

You may stop using Vynk Network at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, fraud risk, non-payment, or legal requirements. Provisions that should survive (payments owed, IP, liability limits, dispute terms) remain in effect.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notifying account holders. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
